Clients are assigned a designated recruiting point of contact to manage their needs. Job orders are shared with our entire team of recruiters to increase the speed and efficiency of hiring. We offer market-leading fees, which vary depending on the role, level, market, and vertical.

Retained Search

Clients are assigned a designated recruiting consultant to work on a single job requisition. We offer a reduced fee for this service to compensate for the exclusive commitment. We charge 50% of the fee upfront and 50% upon hire. On average, retained searches take 30-90 days and we boast a 90% fill rate.

Contract Recruiting

Clients are assigned a designated recruiting consultant to work on a contract basis. We offer part-time and full-time contractors that ingrain themselves in the client’s business. As a result, consultants become an extension of the client and are able to illuminate the characteristics of the company and the role necessary to attract top talent! Our contracts are flexible with a minimum of 3 months.
